Systematica, is looking for a Road Design Engineer to join our team in Milan.

As part of our expanding team, you will work on national and international projects, contributing to the design of efficient and sustainable road networks.
We're looking for someone motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a multidisciplinary environment alongside urban planners, engineers, and mobility experts.
Main Duties
Contribute to the design and development of urban and interurban road projects, from concept to detailed design stages.
Support the integration of road design within multidisciplinary projects involving transport planning, urban design, and infrastructure engineering.
Prepare and review technical drawings, geometric layouts, and cross sections using design software.
Coordinate with other engineers, planners, and architects to ensure design consistency and quality.
Participate in client meetings and presentations,



providing clear technical input and design updates.
Assist in preparing project reports, design documentation, and tender materials.
Job position education
University Degree in Transport Engineering or equivalent.
Job position experience
1-2 years of professional experience in Road Design projects
Essential qualifications and experience
Strong knowledge of road design principles and standards (Italian and international).
Proficiency inAutoCAD Civil 3D / Civil Desingfor road geometry and road modeling.
Ability to prepare and review technical drawings and documentation.
Teamwork and communication skills in a multidisciplinary environment.
Good knowledge ofItalianandEnglish(spoken and written).
Experience withBIM for Infrastructure(Autodesk InfraWorks, Revit, or Navisworks).
