We are looking for an experienced profile with proven track record in the HR and organizational consulting market, who will be responsible for the sales activities across the full Alixio Group Italy portfolio in the North of Italy. /ppbr/ppstrongRole Description /strong /ppThis is a self-employed engagement for a Key Account Manager covering the Greater Milan Metropolitan Area and Northern Italy. You will operate as an independent professional, coordinating with the National Sales Director on commercial objectives. The Key Account Manager will build and own their client portfolio from the ground up, cross-selling the Group's full range of HR and organizational consulting services, developing and executing business plans, providing excellent customer service,
and analyzing market trends to meet client needs. You will operate with full autonomy on your commercial strategy, with a compensation package built around results and an uncapped variable component. Day-to-day tasks include developing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective account management practices. /ppbr/ppstrongQualifications /strong /pp• Proficient in Account Management and Key Accounts - 10Y+ /pp• Existing network of HR decision-makers in Northern Italy is essential /pp• Strong Analytical Skills for specific market analysis and business planning /pp• Excellent Customer Service skills to maintain client satisfaction /pp• Experience in Business Planning /pp• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in italian, english (french is a plus) /pp• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment /pp• Master's degree in Business, HRM, or related field /pp• Experience in strategic consulting in the HR and organizational transformation market is a plus /p
