The candidate will be part of the Cross Asset Solutions Sales team within the Global Markets Italian platform as Junior Sales Analyst working alongside experienced colleagues operating on Cross Asset Solutions to be offered through Banks, Insurances Companies, Asset Managers, Pension Funds, directly listed investment products.ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will work in a highly motivating environment in a very dynamic context joining a leading player in Global Markets Activities.
The candidate will be part of the Cross Asset Solutions Sales team within the Global Markets Italian platform as Junior Sales Analyst working alongside experienced colleagues operating on Cross Asset Solutions to be offered through Banks, Insurances Companies, Asset Managers, Pension Funds, directly listed investment products.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will be required to focus on:Supporting the team and be the frontline in the daily interaction with institutional clients related to structured solutions (pre trade, trade, post trade)Pricing and booking of structured products and derivatives exotic solutionsLiaising with the support functions to address day to day pre and post trade issuesWorking together with internal business partners mainly Trading, Structuring, Legal, documentationLiaising with his/her peers in other RegionsStrong link with the Global Research and Marketing team in order to help the sales in the ideas generationsComplying with risk limits, internal policies and compliance rulesUnderstand the risk cultureUnderstand and implement the team spirit and professional engagement within the teamThe candidate will acquire proper skills useful to behave in a dynamic and international environment.
He will improve his/her analysis skills,
