ph3Experteer Overview /h3pIn this role you ensure the plant's quality expertise across sanitation, pest management, QA/QC, and packaging to uphold Barilla quality standards. You will strengthen the site’s quality know‑how in collaboration with RDQ experts and foster a robust quality culture through training. You will interact with regulators, coordinate audits, and support continuous improvement to maintain certifications and strong quality controls. This position sits at the intersection of operations and quality, enabling you to shape quality outcomes at scale. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliManage GMP compliance and HACCP/pest management across the plant. /liliOversee pest management, sanitation, and packaging quality at site level. /liliSupport operations with analytical methods and drive continuous improvement initiatives. /liliCoordinate internal and external audits; drive corrective actions and maintain certifications.



/liliEnsure regulatory compliance with ISO, GMP, health and safety regulations; implement quality control rules. /liliPromote quality culture through coaching, training, and cross‑functional collaboration. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliMaster’s degree in a scientific field. /lili4+ years in Quality Food Safety or equivalent RDQ experience with focus on quality processes. /liliStrong leadership presence and ability to influence diverse stakeholders. /liliProven track record delivering results in fast‑paced environments. /liliExcellent multi‑priority management and structured execution skills. /liliStrong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities. /liliFluency in Italian and English with strong communication across organizational levels. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
