Purpose of the Role
Act as the voice of the Customer within the Service Platform, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective management of Quality and Safety issues. Drive a strong Quality culture focused on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and the Right First Time approach while ensuring compliance with company, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by managing customer feedback, surveys, and related improvement plans.
Define, implement, and monitor Quality and Safety objectives and action plans across projects, manufacturing, and maintenance activities.
Ensure the consistent application of Quality and Safety processes and escalate critical issues when necessary.
Promote a culture of Quality, Safety, and continuous improvement, reducing deviations and non-conformities.
Coordinate project quality activities and ensure alignment with QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) objectives and contractual obligations.
Collaborate with Supplier Quality teams to address key issues, NCRs,



and corrective actions.
Drive problem-solving initiatives and ensure effective implementation of Lessons Learned (REX) processes.
Lead internal and customer audits, monitor corrective action plans, and verify their effectiveness.
Support the achievement and maintenance of external certifications in line with company strategy.
Lead, coach, and develop the Platform Quality team, fostering skills development and best practices.
Monitor Quality KPIs and dashboards, ensuring continuous improvement of overall performance.
Requirements
Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management roles.
Fluent English.
Knowledge of the railway industry, standards, and certifications is considered an asset.
Strong knowledge of Quality standards and methodologies (ISO ****, ISO/TS ***** IRIS, CMMI, ECM, etc.).
Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively within complex matrix organizations and manage multiple interfaces.
