Nextpower is seeking a Sr Structural Engineer to join the Europe Project Engineering Team, based in Italy with a remote option. You will lead structural decisions for utility-scale PV projects, including wind/seismic loads, foundation sizing, and steel/concrete design, coordinating with teams across regions.

You will sign as the engineer of record in Italy and manage regulatory submissions with Genio Civile, while mentoring junior engineers and guiding project quoting and design packages.
