As Regional Sales Manager, you will lead a high-performing regional field team to execute Sobi’s commercial go‑to‑market strategy for metabolic diseases. You drive regional results, coach and develop Key Account Managers, and ensure activities align with patient needs, market realities, and long‑term business goals. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional partners to deliver a one‑Sobi experience and contribute to strategic planning and execution at scale. - Own regional commercial results including product sales and KPIs
- Recruit, train, and lead Key Account Managers to high performance
- Apply a full leadership model (manager, leader, coach, trainer, advisor, mentor)
- Drive development with performance management, development plans, and capability-building sessions
- Coordinate regional sales activities (education events, promotional initiatives)
- Monitor activity via dashboards, KPIs, and CRM reporting with compliant interactions
- Conduct field visits to coach teams, support account strategies, and maintain customer understanding
- Oversee territory optimization, targeting, and call planning
- Support omnichannel deployment to achieve business objectives
- Contribute to regional strategic planning with field insights and market dynamics
- Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Patient Access, and Commercial Excellence
- Provide feedback loops to reflect local insights in strategic plans
- Coordinate capability planning with marketing and medical counterparts
- Strengthen customer networks and relationships across regions
- Guide account planning and conduct regular account reviews; monitor budget and productivity
- Represent Sobi in customer engagements with scientific and value-based messaging
- Utilize dashboards to identify opportunities to exceed regional targets
- Ensure compliance with regulations and Sobi policies
- Complete training for self and direct reports
- University degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven track record in pharmaceutical/biotech sales leadership within Specialty Care
- Experience launching products in cross-functional environments
- Strong business acumen, analytical and strategic skills translating data into commercial plans
- Proven People Management experience with performance management, coaching, and talent development
- Experience in cardio-metabolic therapeutic area preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
