Trilogy is seeking an Application Support Engineer to tackle complex, multi-stack issues with an AI-augmented approach. You will own each ticket from discovery through resolution, anchoring your work in verified documentation and clear customer communications.

You will combine hands-on debugging with AI guidance, reading logs and API traces across domains, and you will contribute to AI-enabled workflows for future incidents.
