Would you like to be support the continued growth of Black & White Engineering in Milan, you will be an established engineering leader (electrical or mechanical design) and the top priority will be continue to scale our presence in Italy.
You'll own market growth, client relationships and team development, partnering closely with our Europe leadership and global network to deliver a profitable, high?performing business

Lead the continued growth of Black & White's Milan office. Set the strategy, shape the culture, and put your stamp on Italy's data centre market.
Real ownership & influence: Take end?to?end accountability (P&L;, resourcing, bids, QA/QC), with direct visibility to the European Area Director and a mandate to grow.
Scale a high?performing team: Recruit, mentor and develop a local engineering team (MEP, project delivery, CSA, support functions) aligned to B&W;'s global standards.
Work on mission?critical projects: Deliver complex data centre programmes with our one?global team, multi?time zone collaboration, BIM?led coordination, and best practice QA.
Career acceleration: Clear pathway to senior regional leadership; lead proposal teams, represent B&W; in Italy's industry forums, and broaden your remit as the office scales.

The experience and professional achievements you will already have are;
Degree (BSc/BEng) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Significant building services design experience—ideally including data centres—with strong technical leadership and project delivery credentials.
Proven ability to lead multi?disciplinary teams, manage virtual design delivery, and build trusted client relationships
Commercial acumen across P&L;, contracts and fee management, plus sound knowledge of health & safety and applicable local/IEC/BS codes and standards.
