Lead, coach and develop the team with tailored development plans
Recruit, develop talents and secure succession in collaboration with Store Manager
Set and monitor individual and team goals, assess performance
Motivate the team to drive business and maintain a harmonious work environment
Foster product expertise and craftsmanship representation by the team




Build long-term client relationships using clienteling tools to deliver exceptional service
Drive business through floor management, visual merchandising, training and team animation
Lead by example with a refined, consultative sales approach
Ensure policy and operational standards are followed
Manage personal client portfolio alongside team responsibilities
QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in retail or luxury sales
Excellent client development xysqume and relationship-building skills
Strong organizational, leadership, and performance management abilities
Proficiency in Italian and English
High emotional intelligence, discretion, and empathy
Strong communication and listening skills
Passion for artisanal craftsmanship and heritage storytelling
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence without authority
Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment
