/p pb About the Role /b /pp The b Technical Support Specialist – Flying Doctor /b is an after?sales role focused on b hands?on technical support and field assistance /b for the Italian dealer network.
/pp The role supports Workshops with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and issue resolution, both remotely and on?site when necessary.
It is a practical, operational position designed for a technically minded professional who enjoys working directly with vehicles and service teams.
/p pb Key Responsibilities /b /ppb Technical Support Field Assistance /b /pulli Provide b technical after?sales support /b to Italian dealers and service centres.
/lili Assist with b vehicle fault diagnosis /b on mechanical, electrical, electronic and EVs systems.
/lili Support workshops through b remote technical assistance /b (calls, diagnostic data, fault descriptions).
/lili Perform b on?site technical support visits /b when issues cannot be resolved remotely ("flying doctor" activities).
/lili Escalate complex or unresolved cases with HQ technical staff.
/lili Collect and document field issues, repair feedback, and technical data from the Italian market.
