Novartis Italia Ivrea site is seeking an Engineering Lead for TRD RLT who will lead the engineering/maintenance organization and ensure that equipment, infrastructure and projects are fully operational, compliant with GMP and HSE requirements, and aligned with site strategy.

The role requires 10+ years in plant engineering, proven leadership in major investments, and deep knowledge of aseptic pharmaceutical processes.
