Are you interested in world-class engineering, HVAC systems and hardware compressors?

Here in Danfoss we build our software on top of these every day. You'll join a small, focused team and work on our product end-to-end, from getting IoT data to displaying insights in the UI.

Here your decisions matter and have an impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Build holistic solutions for our IoT system - use MQTT, Kafka, Go and front-end services on the way
- Own the product end-to-end: UI front-end, back-end development across different services, test automation, CI pipelines, and frequent deployments
- Create features in a modern distributed system where we value getting out of your comfort zone and learning
- Use AI-assisted practices to move faster without giving up engineering rigor

What We're Looking For

- "Let's do it!" mindset
- being able to solve problems even if they are outside of your core skillset

- "I own the product" mindset

- you focus on the value created and the technology is a tool to get there
- you own it all: code, pipelines, tests and, user experience

- Experience building IoT applications using MQTT and ideally Sparkplug B
- Solid Go experience; you've worked in a real, non-trivial codebase

- alternatively senior-level experience in other programming language and eagerness to learn Go

- Experience with end-to-end browser automation as a standard feature delivery step




- Experience with Angular or React and TypeScript
- Familiarity with container and DevOps tooling like Docker, Kubernetes, GitOps
- Experience with structured AI-assisted engineering practices
- Working proficiency in English (team language)

Compensation & Benefits (ITA)

- Contract Type: Permanent Contract
- Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL): CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria (CNEL Code C011)
- Annual Gross Salary Range: €48,000 – €54,000
- Premio Scheme: Variable component expressed as a percentage of annual gross salary, linked to company and/or individual performance.
- Salary Review: Conducted annually, based on individual performance and overall company results.
