ph3Business Finance Partner - Southern Region (EMEA) /h3 pLeading Global Asset Manager /p pWe are partnering with a leading global asset manager to recruit a Business Finance Partner for their Southern Region, covering Italy, Iberia and Latin America.
This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of finance, distribution and marketing, working closely with senior regional leadership and the EMEA Chief Marketing Officer.
/p h3About the Role /h3 pThe Business Finance Partner will provide strategic financial insight, commercial challenge and decision support to senior stakeholders across the Southern Region.
The role plays a key part in shaping regional strategy, ensuring financial discipline, and driving performance across sales, marketing and product initiatives.
/p pYou will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating financial data into clear commercial insights and helping guide decisions that impact growth, profitability and resource allocation.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPartner with senior leadership across distribution and marketing to support strategic decision-making /li liLead financial planning, forecasting and budgeting processes for the Southern Region /li liProvide insight and analysis on revenue, margins, costs, and headcount /li liEvaluate commercial initiatives,



business cases and investment opportunities /li liSupport marketing spend effectiveness and ROI analysis /li liDrive cost efficiency, revenue growth and productivity opportunities /li liEnsure high-quality management reporting and performance insights /li liCollaborate with global finance and regional teams to ensure alignment and consistency /li liContinuously improve financial processes, reporting and data quality /li /ul h3About You /h3 ul liStrong experience in finance business partnering, FPA or commercial finance /li liBackground in asset management, financial services or a similar complex matrix environment /li liStrong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders /li liComfortable working across multiple countries and business lines /li liExcellent analytical and communication skills /li liFluent in English (Italian language skills preferred) /li liAble to operate in a fast-paced, senior stakeholder environment /li /ul pThis is an excellent opportunity to join a highly visible regional finance role with significant influence over strategy, performance and investment decisions across a key growth region.
