/ppbMISSION /b /ppManifattura Berluti is looking for a TM and Continuous Improvement Engineer to support the optimization of production and logistics processes.
The resource, reporting to the TM and Continuous Improvement Manager, will actively contribute to the definition of standards, time and motion analysis, and the management of continuous improvement projects in a dynamic environment.
/ppbACTIVITIES /b /pulliActive participation in continuous improvement projects based on Lean methodologies.
/liliSupport for the development of digital tools for data analysis and KPI monitoring (e.g., Power BI, Power Apps).
/liliExecution of time studies and definition of standard production times.
/liliPreparation of standard work and operational instructions for production departments.
/liliDefinition and entry of standard production cycles in SAP.




/liliSupport for the management of master data, bills of material, and cycles in SAP.
/liliCollaboration in the analysis and optimization of layouts and production flows.
/li /ulpbPROFILE /b /ppDegree in Engineering (Management, Mechanical, Computer Science) or in technical-scientific disciplines.
At least 2 years of experience in similar roles (e.g., internship, junior position) in Time Motion, Industrialization, or Continuous Improvement, preferably in manufacturing contexts.
Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement tools.
Basic competence in time and motion analysis.
Good knowledge of SAP (modules related to production cycles, master data, bills of material).
Excellent command of the Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of tools such as Power BI or Power Apps is preferred.
Results-oriented, precise, and attentive to detail.
Teamwork attitude and proactivity.
Good knowledge of the English language.
