This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early‑career finance professional who is passionate about data, financial analysis, and business performance. In this role, you will gain hands‑on experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A;), reporting, forecasting, and business partnering while contributing to key decision‑making processes across the organization.

This position is offered as a 1-year fixed-term contract .

Your mission

You will support the Finance team by transforming financial and business data into meaningful insights, helping leaders make informed decisions, while developing strong foundations in financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis.

What you will be doing

- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and performance reviews
- Assist in analyzing actual results versus budget and forecast, identifying key variances and trends
- Help ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of financial data
- Prepare routine management reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools
- Contribute to the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes
- Gather and consolidate financial information from different business stakeholders
- Assist in maintaining financial models, planning templates, and reporting files




- Perform financial and operational analyses to support business decision‑making
- Help identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data‑driven insights
- Support ad‑hoc analyses, business cases, and special projects
- Collaborate with finance and non‑finance teams to collect, validate, and interpret data
- Provide support during month‑end closing activities
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, automation projects, and reporting enhancements

What makes you a strong fit

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in Finance, Data Analysis, FP&A;, Reporting, or a similar analytical role
- Strong interest in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for working with data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Lookups, and formulas
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is a plus
- Basic knowledge of financial modeling concepts
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills




- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across different functions
- Fluent English required
