ppThe Finance Business Partner Italy is responsible for all finance related topics including coordination of accounting, reporting, controlling, tax, legal and credit control of the subsidiary.
He / She reports to the Camlog CFO/Head FPA/ Head Group Accounting with a dotted line to the General Manager of BHCL Italy.
The role holder acts as Finance Business Partner to the General Manager, aiming to drive performance and support the business.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAccounting Tax Legal /li liCoordinates with the Global business centre compliancy of group accounting and reporting principles, US GAAP and local GAAP.
/li liEnsures the timely production of accurate management and statutory reporting.
/li liEnsures preparation, audit and filing of statutory accounts as per local and group deadlines.
/li liManages tax issues, ensures the timely production of tax returns and payments of taxes, prepares tax reporting, answers tax questions from the group.
/li liWorks closely with group legal manager for proper controls over legal risks.
/li /ul h3Financial Reporting Analysis /h3 ul liProvides local and group management with business partnering support, reports, analysis.
/li liProduces monthly reports and KPI's to drive team and process efficiencies.
/li liProvides monthly PL, headcount reporting including variance analysis /li liCoordinates and provides monthly RO / Forecast including variance analysis /li liCoordinate with Central FPA the annual budget process and any other reporting required /li liManages Power BI reporting and any other tool related tasks related to reporting and financial analysis /li /ul h3Job Requirements /h3 ul liA Bachelor/ master's degree in finance (Business Economics, Accounting or similar).




/li liExperience in working with multinational company (international) /li liA solid base of technical finance and accounting skills combined with finance business partnering experience.
/li liStrong understanding of local finance and accounting situation and legislation /li liExperience of working with ERP and business information tools (SAP / Power BI) /li liProfessional command of the Italian and English language, any other language skills are considered a plus /li /ul pSound like you?
