Job DescriptionThe role focuses on ensuring the effective alignment between business processes and SAP functionalities within a complex sales, engineering, and manufacturing environment. The position is responsible for optimizing system performance, supporting digital transformation initiatives, and driving continuous improvement across processes, data management, and system integration. Acting as a key interface between business stakeholders and IT solutions, the role aims to enhance efficiency, promote innovation, and ensure the sustainable development of SAP and related digital technologies within the organization.

Activities

- Ensure flawless functionality of implemented SAP modules and their alignment with real processes in a sales, engineering & manufacturing environment; analyze and resolve errors and apply preventive measures.
- Evaluate, develop, and define individual processes in the SAP system; identify digitalization opportunities.
- Evaluate, analyze, and coordinate management of master data and structures in SAP (processes, reports, overviews).
- Support end users and assist with optimizing SAP and processes – implementation of changes or new modules and digital technologies.
- Collect and analyze needs from the organization, and based on these optimize the connection between real processes, SAP, and available digital technologies.
- Evaluate, analyze, and ensure functionality of interfaces between SAP and other production/reporting systems.
- Plan and coordinate SAP and digitalization projects in the company including internal communication.




- Participate in improvement processes and cross-functional projects related to process design and SAP alignment.
- Implement and organize (with support of the Training platform) systematic SAP, digital tools, technology and process training to increase knowledge and promote knowledge sharing.
- Monitor, understand, and implement TOP company vision and bring new suggestions based on trends and innovations in digitalization.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
