Specialista Senior / Project Manager

As Structural Engineer at SYSTRA, you will lead complex structural design and analysis projects across diverse building types, ensuring sustainability and compliance with international standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver safe, scalable structures and contribute to the group’s mission of sustainable mobility. This role offers exposure to international projects and a chance to shape resilient infrastructure. You will apply your technical leadership to deliver high-impact solutions in a hybrid work environment.

- Lead complex structural design and analysis projects
- Ensure compliance with international design codes and standards
- Apply expertise across steel, reinforced concrete, precast, and composite systems
- Manage project teams and client relations




- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success
- Master’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
- 2+ years of structural design and analysis experience
- Proven experience with steel, reinforced concrete, precast concrete, prestressed and post-tensioned concrete, and composite structures
- Strong knowledge of design codes and international standards
- High proficiency with modern structural design and FEA software
- Fluent in English (B2 minimum); Italian is highly preferred
- Proven leadership in managing projects and client relations
