We are supporting an international manufacturing organization on a majorcloud-based PLM transformationand are seeking an experiencedSAP PLM Lead Consultantto join the programme.
This is a senior role suited to a consultant with strong functional PLM knowledge, prior project leadership exposure, and the ability to operate across international stakeholder groups in a complex multi-site environment.
Role OverviewThe successful consultant will take a leading role in the delivery of aProduct Lifecycle Management transformationwithin a discrete manufacturing environment.
The programme is being rolled out across multiple international locations and includes integration points into engineering and design-related systems.
The assignment will focus on supporting the PLM solution design and deployment, helping to drive alignment across business and technical teams,



and ensuring effective delivery through key project stages, including preparation for go-live and post-go-live transition.
Key Requirements4-8 years of relevant PLM experience, with a clearlysenior-level profile
Strong background inSAP PLM
Good understanding ofBOM management, product structures, and engineering-related processes
Previous exposure toproject leadershipor coordination responsibilities
Experience working withcloud-based PLM environments
Knowledge ofECTR / engineering control integration
Exposure toCAD integration projects xysqume
Basic understanding ofCAD toolsand their relationship with PLM processes
Ability to discuss and assess PLM platforms in the broader market, including exposure to solutions such as:
SAP PLM
PTC Windchill
Siemens Teamcenter
Comfortable working in an international programme involving multiple business units and geographies
Strong stakeholder management and communication capability
