Job description
We are looking for a motivated Data Analytics Specialist to join our ICT Team and contribute to our Artificial Intelligence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technology leaders to define theAI strategy for data analytics, focusing on decision support and predictive capabilities
- Evaluate and contribute to theselection and implementation of the AI-powered analytics platform, ensuring alignment with Tenova's strategic goals
- Explore and prototypeAI/ML modelsto extract insights from structured and unstructured data, supporting strategic planning and operational excellence
- Support the transition from legacy systems (e.g., SAP BW) by ensuring continuity of data access and quality, while driving innovation through new platforms
- Design and deliverinteractive dashboards and visualizations(Power BI or similar) to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across all analytics and AI initiatives
What we ask for
- Solid experience withSAP Business Warehouse(data modeling, ETL, reporting)
- Strong understanding ofdata analytics architectures, with interest or experience inAI/ML applications
- Familiarity withPower BIor other BI tools is a plus
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Fluent in English

For the position, the starting gross annual salary will be from € 40.000, with the final offer determined based on the candidate's seniority, experience, and skills, as well as the outcome of the selection process.
