? Your MissionYou will join a dynamic and collaborative team, where you will have the opportunity to be involved in all stages of financial and accounting management, from initial analysis to final monitoring.
Your responsibilities will include:Financial Analysis: You will contribute to the development of detailed financial reports and analyses, ensuring they are aligned with the highest company standards.Management Controlling: You will support the creation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses, helping to maintain effective control over financial performance.Operational Management: You will be involved in general accounting and account reconciliation,



ensuring the accuracy of financial data in collaboration with the external accounting firm.Compliance & Regulation: You will ensure that all financial activities comply with applicable regulations and standards.Cross?functional Collaboration: You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that financial objectives are achieved effectively and that processes are continuously optimized.Country?specific & Cross?country Projects: You will take part in financial initiatives covering both Italy?specific projects and cross?border projects in collaboration with HQ.Duration: 6 months.Learning Objectives:Train a professional capable of analyzing and managing financial data with both technical expertise and strategic vision.Participate in the financial planning and management controlling process.Gain hands?on experience in cash flow management, accounting, and monitoring of financial performance.Develop a comprehensive, 360° understanding of the finance world, including the various business functions involved in financial processes.
? Your Profile? IT SkillsRequired: Strong proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.A plus: Familiarity with ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent tools.
? Technical SkillsAnalytical mindset & problem?solving: Ability to analyze complex data and develop structured, innovative solutions.Financial expertise:



Academic or professional experience in financial statement analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.Teamwork: Strong ability to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders, actively contributing to the achievement of shared goals.Autonomy: Proactive and capable of taking ownership of responsibilities independently.
