ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPartner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals within the Italian market. /li liEnsure compliance with Italian labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local employment practices. /li liFacilitate effective communication and foster strong employee relations, contributing to a positive and engaging work environment. /li liSupport talent acquisition, onboarding, and development initiatives tailored to the Italian context. /li liManage and maintain local HR information systems and administrative processes. /li liDesign and deliver targeted employee development and training programs to enhance skills and performance. /li liAdvise on compensation benefits, performance management, and organizational design for the Italian region. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or a related field. /li li4-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, ideally within an international environment. /li liProven experience in Italian payroll and labor relations is essential. /li liStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships. /li liResilience, emotional intelligence, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. /li liFluent Italian (C2) and English (C1)
