/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul lipbManaging Regulatory Changes: /b Stay ahead of and implement regulatory changes in Italy.
/p /li lipbRegulatory Submissions: /b Assist in submitting regulatory documents under the supervision of the AMLRO.
/p /li lipbEscalation Point: /b Act as the escalation point for investigations conducted by Compliance Managers.
/p /li lipbBusiness Use Cases: /b Explore regulatory aspects of various business use cases.
/p /li lipbNew Products and Services: /b Assess regulatory aspects of new products and services.
/p /li lipbCompliance Documentation: /b Contribute to the maintenance of our internal documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
/p /li lipbRegulatory Watch: /b Conduct regulatory watch on Italian banking supervision matters to keep the organization informed and compliant.
/p /li lipbRegulatory bodies: /b Serve as the primary point of contact for Italian regulatory bodies (Banca d"Italia, UIF). /p /li /ul h3Preferred experience /h3 ul lipYou have significant experience (+5 years) in a Compliance position in a financial institution, ideally in a Fintech or another fast?paced work environment. /p /li lipYou have an excellent knowledge of Italian banking regulations and payment ecosystem. /p /li lipYou possess the mindset of a "problem solver": You need to be a creative and resourceful thinker,
maintaining a positive and can?do attitude towards challenges and obstacles.
/p /li lipHigh autonomy and ability to take initiatives.
/p /li lipSynthesis and analytical mindset with strong writing skills.
/p /li lipFlexibility to adapt to changing requirements in an evolving and fast?paced environment.
