ppThe purpose of this position is to manage the routine activities in the Microbiology Laboratory and conduct other activities like Environmental Monitoring in the plant, conduct validation and calibration activities in the Laboratory. /p ul liEnsure timely completion of the Microbiology Analysis of all the Raw Materials, Semi-finished Goods and Finished Goods and manage the positive release of the materials post verification of the results. /li liEnsure the validation and calibration of all the Equipment in the Microbiology Laboratory. Also ensure the clean room validation of the Microbiology Laboratory, Laminar air Flows and the sample Pass Boxes. /li liCarry out activities related to Environmental Monitoring under Food Safety Zero Risk and ensure compliance to the EMP Plan. /li liSupport the Food Safety team to conduct the cleaning validation in the production plan and conduct the additional analyses required, if any. /li /ul h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liManagement of Microbiology analysis of Raw Materials, Semi-finished and Finished Goods. Management of all the routine and non-routine samples referred to Microbiology Laboratory for analysis. /li liManages the inventory of reagents/microbiological media in laboratory, calibration of the tools, application of accident prevention regulations and all other day-to-day routine operations of the laboratory. /li liParticipates actively in all the tasks assigned in direction to comply to ISO 17025/Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and actively participated in the Accreditation process of the Laboratory for NABL. /li liActively participates in the Proficiency Testing as per the Annual plan of the Proficiency Testing. /li liSupports the Cleaning Validation program and conducts all the analyses as per the protocol. /li liFollows and conducts all the analyses related to Environmental Monitoring Program and delivers the results on timely basis. Establishes a trend analysis of the results.



/li liCoordinates effectively with external stakeholders to conduct relevant validations for Microbiology Laboratory, for example, Autoclave Validations, Clean Room Validation, Laminar Air Flow Validation, etc. /li liEffectively writes and implements the Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions, creates Formats, as per the local requirements apart from the Group Quality Documents. /li /ul h3About You /h3 pbEducation: /b /p ul liPost-graduate in Food Science/Microbiology/Dairy Microbiology/Food Technology. /li /ul pbExperience: /b /p ul li1-3 years of experience preferably in FMCG or Food Manufacturing Industry. /li /ul pbTechnical Skills: /b /p ul liGood Laboratory Practices (GLP) /li liISO 17025-Internal Auditor Course /li liFood Safety/HACCP /li liFSSC 22000 /li liBasic knowledge of Power BI AI Tools /li liKnowledge of 5S,Kaizen /li liAnalytical and problem-solving skills. /li liAbility to work in a fast-paced production environment. /li liStrong focus on safety and compliance. /li liEffective communication and collaboration skills. /li /ul pJob Referral Code: C /p h3What We Offer /h3 pCareers with caring built in - discover our benefits here. /p h3About Ferrero /h3 pFerrero began its journey in the small town of Alba in Piedmont, Italy, in 1946.
