/ppGuided by the principles of strongintegrity, objectivity, confidentiality and professional competence /strong, you will provide independent assurance on the effectiveness and adequacy of the Group's internal control framework and risk management processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of governance and business performance.
/ppbr / /pulliSupport the development and execution of the strongAnnual Internal Audit Plan /strong, based on risk assessments and business priorities.
/liliPlan and deliver strongoperational, financial, IT and compliance audits /strong, defining the scope, objectives and audit approach for each engagement.
/liliAssess the effectiveness of stronginternal controls and risk management processes /strong, including process mapping and the review of accounting records and key financial transactions.
/liliPrepare and present strongaudit reports /strong outlining findings,
root causes, risk assessments, recommendations and agreed action plans to management and key stakeholders.
/liliMonitor the implementation of strongcorrective actions /strong through follow-up activities and continuous auditing, leveraging data analytics and risk indicators.
/liliCollaborate with business functions and Group subsidiaries to strengthen internal controls, enhance policies and procedures, and drive continuous process improvement.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhat you'll bring /strong /pulliBachelor's degree in business studies, Economics, Engineering or equivalent /lili3+ years of experience in a role directly in contact with the internal control system, preferably in international groups, or an experience in one of the big four firms.
/liliKnowledge of the Internal Audit methodology on internal control system and risk management as well as International Professional Practice Framework (IPPF) of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), with particular attention to the IIA Standards and the Code of Ethics; br / /liliKnowledge of principles of organizational, management and control models (e.G. Italian D.Lgs ****** and Italian L. ******); br / /liliAbility to workindependently on multiple priorities and willingness for extensive overseas travel.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhat we'll offer /strong /pp - Permanent employment contract.
/pp - Annual gross salary ranging from €38,000 to €42,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
