p For one of my customer we are looking or a SAP AI Senior Developer.
p Location: Milan(Hybrid) /pp Duration: Long-term contract /pp Description: /pp Key responsibilities /pulli Design, prototype and deliver AI-powered solutions for SAP and enterprise processes, from PoC/MVP to scalable implementation.
/lili Build AI agents, copilots, RAG solutions and intelligent workflows using SAP AI capabilities and other leading LLM technologies.
/lili Translate business needs into pragmatic AI use cases and technical designs, in collaboration with SAP CoE, BPOs and functional teams.
/lili Integrate AI solutions with SAP ECC/FMS, SAP BTP, APIs/OData services, enterprise data platforms and external AI services.
/lili Prepare and expose SAP data for AI consumption, ensuring data quality, governance and secure access.
/lili Ensure clean-core alignment, security, auditability and compliance with enterprise AI policies, GDPR, EU AI Act and responsible AI principles.

brp Core technical skills /pulli Strong AI and Generative AI expertise: LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic AI, RAG, AI evaluation and testing.




/lili Solid software engineering skills, with Python mandatory; API development and integration experience required; ABAP and JavaScript/TypeScript are a plus.
/lili Experience with SAP BTP, SAP AI Core, Joule Studio, Copilot studio or equivalent cloud/AI platforms; hyperscaler AI services are a plus.
/lili Good understanding of SAP environments and enterprise integration patterns, including REST APIs, OData, event-driven architectures and workflow automation.
/lili Knowledge of AI governance, data privacy, secure development and responsible AI practices.
/li /ul p Profile and soft skills /pulli Business-oriented mindset, able to connect AI solutions with concrete SAP process value.
/lili Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with technical, functional and business stakeholders.
/lili Service-oriented team player with good communication skills.
/lili Fluent English required; French and/or Italian are a plus.
