We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration Manager to oversee and optimize the company’s administrative operations. In a fast-paced video game development environment , this role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day business functions, supporting cross-functional teams, and maintaining operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate combines strong organizational skills with a problem-solving mindset and is comfortable working in a dynamic, creative industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all administrative functions across the company
- Coordinate office operations, facilities management, and outsourcing relationships
- Manage contracts, documentation, and internal compliance processes
- Support finance-related administrative activities (invoicing, expense tracking, budgeting coordination)
- Ensure proper maintenance of company records, databases, and filing systems
- Implement and improve administrative processes and workflows
- Assist leadership with reporting, planning, and operational tasks
- Coordinate internal communications and HR processes (onboarding, documentation, policies)
- Handle procurement of office supplies, software, and services
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or operations management role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in office tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management tools)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving attitude and proactive mindset
- Experience with budgeting and basic financial processes is a plus
- Familiarity with the video game or tech industry is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Experience in startups or creative/tech companies
- Knowledge of HR xrdbqlu and legal administrative processes
