LoyaltyPlay is our B2B monetization platform, a powerful Gaming Reward Hub designed for mobile app Publishers.
We partner with app owners (e.g., utility, commerce, or entertainment apps) to help them unlock a new, consistent revenue stream and boost user engagement.
By integrating LoyaltyPlay, publishers can offer their users rewards (in-app currency) for installing and playing mobile games from our vast advertiser network.
This creates a deep engagement loop and a powerful monetization channel for the publisher.
We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build scalable, high-performance systems in collaboration with product and data teams.
What you'll do at Mistplay:
Develop, test, and maintain high-quality backend and frontend code to support MAF's core products and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Design) to deliver reliable and scalable software solutions.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle: planning, design, implementation, deployment, and monitoring.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to engineering best practices.
Champion performance and reliabilityby proactively identifying bottlenecks, driving root-cause analysis, and delivering scalable, resilient improvements.
Shape the platform's technical directionby contributing to architectural decisions,



setting engineering standards, and promoting best practices that enable sustainable growth.
Raise the bar for engineering excellencethrough thoughtful code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentorship, helping junior engineers grow while safeguarding quality and maintainability.

The backend—comprising REST and GraphQL APIs, along with our core event-tracking pipeline—is implemented inC#on the.NET framework.

What you'll bring to Mistplay:
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.




3+ years of professional experiencein software development.
Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such asC#, Java.
Experience with backend frameworks and RESTful API development.
Solid understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) such as Sql Server, BigQuery, BigTable.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g.,Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Problem-solving mindset and a passion for building high-quality, scalable systems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Fluent inEnglish(written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
Nice to have:
Experience indigital advertising, adtech, or performance marketing.
Knowledge of frontend technologies (React, Angular, Vue) and modern web development.
Experience in microservice architectures and event-driven systems.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
Familiarity with LLM Architecture and AI Agents
