ph3Purpose of the role /h3pIn a context of international integration following the entry into the Harvest Group, the candidate will be in charge of the accounting and financial activities.
/ph3Main missions and responsibilities /h3ulliGeneral Ledger Management: ensure the accurate and timely maintenance of the General Ledger to guarantee full compliance with Group reporting deadlines.
/liliInvoicing receivables /payables: manage the invoicing process, including the issuance and booking of revenue invoices, posting of expense invoices, processing of payments, and monitoring accounts receivable/payable aging reports.
/liliTreasury Cash Management: oversee daily treasury activities, monitor collections, and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
/liliReconciliations Variance Analysis: Perform monthly reconciliations (including intercompany balances) and ensure a clear understanding and analysis of key Profit Loss and Balance Sheet items.
/liliTax Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to local accounting standards, internal policies, and tax regulations, including the preparation and submission of monthly VAT and other declarations (i.E. F24, CU etc.).
/liliStatutory Audit Advisory Support:



Support the preparation of statutory financial statements and serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and financial consultants.
/liliFinancial Reporting Closures: Execute monthly and year-end closing activities; prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial statements to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
/liliSupport in the preparation of the monthly Managerial reporting to be presented to the Shareholders.
/li /ulh3Key skills for success /h3ulliEducation: Degree in Economics /liliTechnical skills: 3+ years of experience in accounting or financial reporting, gained within a Big Four firm and/or an international corporate environment.
/liliAccounting principles knowledge /liliProficiency in Microsoft Excel /liliFluency in English (written and spoken) /liliExperience with ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite is a plus).
