About the Role
Are you technically driven and motivated by finding the best solution for customers? We are
looking for a Sales Engineer, to support our sales organization with technical expertise, product selection, solution concepts, and customer-specific applications.
In this role, you will be an important technical interface between customers, Sales, Product Management, R&D;, and Operations. You will support the complete pre-sales process, help define the best possible product and system solution, and contribute to continuous product and application improvements of our products.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Sales and Internal Sales in defining the best product selection and technical solution for customer applications.
- Act as technical contact for Customers, Sales Team, Internal Sales, Product Managers, and Product Specialists.
- Provide feedback to R&D; and Product Management to support continuous product development and upgrades.
- Support troubleshooting of technical issues related to our products
- Evaluate customer requirements and analyze application and product performance to recommend technical solutions that enhance operational efficiency, system effectiveness,
and product performance.
- Collect, evaluate, and integrate customer feedback into improvement initiatives.
- Deliver technical product training for internal stakeholders, dealers, customers, and service partners.
- Ensure compliance with global processes, engineering standards, and quality requirements.
About You
- You have a strong technical understanding and enjoy working close to both customers and internal stakeholders.
- You are solution-oriented, structured, and able to translate customer needs into practical technical solutions.
- You communicate clearly and professionally with both technical and commercial audiences.
- You enjoy collaborating across functions and countries, and you are comfortable acting as a bridge between Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Operations.
- You have collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining accountability for individual responsibilities.
- You have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- You are a Native Italian speaker and fluent in English
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering is required. xrdbqlu
- Technical expertise in hydraulic and mechanical systems is a plus.
