1 CHEF for an accommodation facility for the Mediterranean Games.
The resource will be responsible for: Preparation of first, second courses, side dishes and desserts according to the planned menu and established diets; Line preparation and raw material control; Plating and service in compliance with quality standards; Compliance with HACCP procedures and hygiene-sanitary standards; Collaboration with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service.
Requirements: Previous experience in the role; Good knowledge of food preparation and preservation techniques; Ability to work in a team and manage sustained work rhythms; Precision, organization and attention to detail; Flexible hours and willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays; We offer: Fixed-term contract from ***** to *****; National Collective Labour Agreement for Tourism,

Salary range: € 760 – € 900, based on the level of classification (for 2 weeks); Working hours: from 3 pm to 10 pm.
