/ph3Job Overview /h3pLead a strategic enterprise program for a public?sector client in Milan, Italy, managing the end?to?end delivery while working from the client site three days a week.
/ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliOwn and manage one strategic enterprise program for a public?sector client, coordinating the retained team and controlling program scope, change control processes, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
/liliPartner with consulting teams, leaders and other internal departments or regional teams to coordinate and drive delivery.
/liliEnsure that overall program is effective, running individual projects according to schedule and staying within budget.
/liliDevelop relationships and ensure the participation of key client and internal stakeholders and executives.
/liliDevelop knowledge of the Sprinklr platform components and module synergies to create realistic project plans and high?level solutions.
/liliEnsure each project is reported and forecasted accurately to all stakeholders.
/liliManage client service expectations and drive measurable outcomes for the client.
/liliSet the tone for the team and strive for quality and excellence in all aspects of delivery.
/liliProvide weekly project status and burn reports to relevant stakeholders.
/liliMaintain awareness of the current industry environment that shapes opportunities for client solutions.
/li /ulh3Experience Qualifications /h3ulliExperience managing enterprise SaaS programs for government, public?sector, or highly regulated clients.
/liliAbility to operate from the customer premises three days per week, manage executive interactions, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
/liliExtensive client?management experience with business owners and executive?level clients.

/liliExperience managing projects in IT, SaaS, social, or software environments.
/liliExperience with multi?geo, multicultural delivery teams.
/liliPrior experience delivering programs in Italy or with Italian enterprise clients is a strong advantage.
/liliExperience on large?scale project management in leading multi?organizational initiatives, driving team accountability to achieve goals.
/liliAbility to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans, perform resource allocations, and run team meetings.
/liliDemonstrated ability to assume a leadership role in managing project, departmental and enterprise risks.
/liliStrong influencing and negotiation/mediation skills.
/liliAbility to motivate people where there is no direct reporting relationship.
/liliProven mentoring, supervisory and team?building skills.
/liliStrong knowledge of software development life cycles, web technologies, web development processes.
/liliStrong verbal and written communication skills.
/liliFluency in English and Italian is mandatory.
/liliExperience in Agile project management is a plus.
/liliCertification in Project Management (Prince2, PMP, SCRUM, etc.) is desirable.
/liliMust have current and unrestricted work authorization in Italy; visa sponsorship not supported.
