/p h3About the role /h3 pAs a Credit Underwriter, you will be responsible for underwriting credit risks across multiple European markets, assessing client creditworthiness, and developing tailored insurance solutions.
/p pYou will work closely with brokers and internal teams to ensure portfolio quality, compliance, and profitable growth.
/p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liUnderwrite credit risks across European markets according to company risk appetite and underwriting guidelines /li liEvaluate clients' creditworthiness through detailed financial and market analysis /li liDraft, negotiate,



and approve terms and conditions for credit insurance policies /li liDevelop and maintain broker and client relationships to expand portfolio potential /li liMonitor portfolio performance and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements /li liStay up to date with market developments, economic trends, and regulatory updates /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams (claims, finance, operations) to ensure best-in?class service delivery /li liContribute to new product development and innovation within the underwriting function /li /ul h3Requirements (Must have qualifications) /h3 ul liMinimum 2 years of experience in credit underwriting or related financial products /li liBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a similar field /li liFluency in Italian and English (additional European language is a strong plus) /li liSolid analytical and financial modelling skills /li liKnowledge of European credit insurance regulatory frameworks /li liStrong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder?management skills /li liProficiency in digital tools and underwriting platforms /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liExperience in an Export Credit Agency (ECA) environment /li liACII or similar professional qualification /li /ul h3Why BSUA /h3 pWorking with BSUA means joining a company that values expertise, integrity, and innovation.
