This is a highly hands?on, customer?facing role at the intersection of backend engineering and applied AI.
Rather than building the core platform itself, you'll focus on adapting, integrating, and customizing AI agents to fit real?world workflows.
You'll collaborate directly with customers, working end?to?end to ensure seamless onboarding, tailored functionality, and production?ready deployment of AI?powered solutions.

/p h3Requirements /h3 h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liIntegrate our AI platform with customer systems, APIs, and workflows /li liDesign and implement backend services and data pipelines to support integrations /li liBuild, configure, and deploy AI agents tailored to specific customer use cases /li liCollaborate directly with customers to understand requirements and deliver custom solutions /li liServe as a trusted technical contact for customer?facing teams /li liTroubleshoot,
