ph3Overview /h3pThe Grant Associate will join the Corporate Grants Funding Department, based in Florence.
This position plays a key role in supporting the development and management of funding initiatives at European, national, and regional levels.
/ph3Main Activities Responsibilities /h3pThe selected candidate will support the team in the following activities: /pulliPreparing administrative documents and professional presentations /liliDrafting monthly reports to track actuals versus budget /liliCompleting and submitting funding application forms /liliMonitoring European, national, and regional funding opportunities andprogram /liliIdentifying relevant calls for proposals and aligning them with internalproject ideas /liliSupporting the evaluation and submission of grant proposals /liliCoordinating project timelines and contributing to project managementtasks /liliHandling signature collection and declarations from senior leadership /liliManaging shared project folders, including sensitive and confidentialdocuments /liliCollaborating with external consultants, project partners,



and internaldepartments /liliProviding training and operational support to project stakeholders.
/li /ulh3Job Requirements /h3ulliMaster's degree in Economics or a STEM discipline (Science, Technology,Engineering, Mathematics); /liliProficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project) andgrant application platforms; /liliPrevious experience, even short-term, in reporting for European-fundedprojects; /liliStrong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach; /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
/li /ulpThe selected candidate will be employed under Category C in accordance with the provisions of the current National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry, with an estimated annual base salary between Eur ******,00 and Eur ******,00 eur, including all applicable contractual and remuneration terms, and in compliance with Legislative Decree No. *******.
