/p /brh3How You'll Spend Your Day /h3 /brh3Network Strategy Long-Term Planning /h3 /brul /brliDefine and continuously evolve the global manufacturing network strategy for OSD and Semi-Solids /li /brliLead LTS (Long-Term Strategy) and LRP (Long-Range Planning) processes across sites, regions, and portfolio /li /brliTranslate demand scenarios into capacity, footprint, and investment roadmaps /li /brliIdentify and execute network optimization levers: /brul /brliSite specialization / hub strategy (e.g., cost vs service sites) /li /brliConsolidation / divestment opportunities /li /brliInternal vs External Manufacturing (IH vs ExM) balance /li /br /ul /br /li /brliEnsure alignment with EUROW strategy, US market needs, and emerging markets growth /li /br /ul /brh3Portfolio–Network Integration /h3 /brul /brliAct as the integrator between Global Portfolio, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations /li /brliEnsure optimal product-to-site allocation based on: /brul /brliCost (CPU / COGS optimization) /li /brliComplexity (e.g., high OHC, modified release, semi-solid formulations) /li /brliStrategic importance (e.g., essential medicines, sole supplier) /li /br /ul /br /li /brliDrive decisions on: /brul /brliTech transfers (timing, sequencing, risk mitigation)

Solids operations experience preferred in operations or supply chain role /li /brliExperience working in a global environment, leading complex,



cross-functional teams /li /brliDemonstrated ability to think strategically and act tactically.
Proven leadership capabilities strong interpersonal skills including cross-functional teamwork, effective written and oral communication skills, advanced project management skills, strong multi-cultural skills, high energy levels, and a bias towards action.
/li /brliAbility to craft and deliver communication, influence audiences, and lead change management both internally and externally.
/li /brliStrong conceptual/analytical quantitative skills /li /brliAbility to lead and influence without authority /li /brliAbility to work independently /li /brliPreferred but not required 5 years in a consulting environment working on network strategy and or portfolio optimization /li /brliMS office skills (e.g., excel and power point) /li /br /ul /brh3Location /h3 /brpThis role can be based at any Teva location across Europe, with the exception of Switzerland and France.
