AM Automatic Machines is looking for a Technical Support Employee to strengthen our assistance team. Responsibilities:

Provide remote support to field technicians for fault resolution

Assist in configuration changes and explain product functionalities

Analyze technical issues remotely

Open service tickets to report malfunctions

Requirements: Experience : At least 5 years in a similar role (technical support and maintenance)

Skills: Basic knowledge of electronics and IT

Strong planning skills and ability to work toward objectives

High learning aptitude

Preferred: basic knowledge of data networks

Soft Skills: Goal-oriented and flexible

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Problem-solving and proactive attitude

What we offer: Initial training on our products

Salary (RAL) based on experience, Metalworking National Contract (CCNL Metalmeccanico)

Location: Brescia or nearby province

Working Hours: Full-time

Monday to Friday

Contract Type: Company cafeteria

Additional Compensation: Performance premio

Overtime pay

Thirteenth-month salary

Experience: Technical Support Employee: 3 years (preferred)
