Within the Space Division , we are looking for a Project/Program Manager for our office in Campi Bisenzio (FI) .
This person will be responsible for managing the program, respecting timelines, costs, and quality standards, meeting specific client requests with active involvement in all phases of the Program Life Cycle.
The person will be responsible for the following activities:
Planning of Program activities (scope, schedule, and budget); Monitoring and control of Program activities; Management and updating of the Master Schedule; Management of internal progress meetings with the cross-functional project team (Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Commercial); Preparation of Progress Reports and support for Progress Meetings/working meetings/reviews with the client; Support for internal progress meetings with the Planning and Finance functions of the business line; Management of project risks, ensuring a rapid and effective solution to any problems that may arise; Ensuring the control and monitoring of work progress, the evaluation of applicable process KPIs, also through the definition and implementation of necessary corrective actions.
Education: Technical Master's degree (preferably Aerospace, Electronic, Mechanical, Management Engineering, or Physics) Required experience level: Expert: at least 3 years of experience in the role Technical skills and knowledge: Knowledge of the main tools for managing complex projects (WBS, EVMS, Risk Management) Ability to write documentation (Statement of Work, Technical Notes, Progress Reports, Minute of Meeting) Behavioral competencies: Team building Effective communication Proactivity Ability to work towards multiple objectives Result orientation Problem Solving Time and deadline management Language skills: English (minimum B2 level) IT skills: Knowledge of Office Automation Tools (MS Office, PowerPoint, MS Project) Other: Availability for national and international travel Seniority: Expert Primary Location: IT - Firenze - Campi Bisenzio Contract Type: Permanent Hybrid Working: Hybrid --
