-- Job Description Summary: Job Profile: Senior Manager, Marketing – Marketing Research support creative briefing, development, validation, and optimization.
Ensure insights activation that influences senior marketing and commercial decision?makers.
Lead, Inspire, and Build Capability Drive a culture of curiosity and learning across the system, acting as the clear, influential voice of the consumer and shopper to marketing teams.
Network Marketing or Innovation experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of core research methodologies,



including agile and innovative approaches.
Ability to synthesize consumer, cultural, and market insights into clear recommendations for the business.
Experience identifying emerging trends and applying frameworks or workshops to translate insights into opportunities.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into compelling narratives.
Strong communication and presentation skills; able to influence stakeholders across functions.
Comfortable working in a fast?paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.
