Guest Relations – Zelo Restaurant, Four Seasons Hotel Milano Full?time, on?site position offering career growth opportunities. About the role The Host (female: Hostess) is the first interaction point for guests in our restaurants and is responsible for creating memorable experiences. The role reports to the Restaurant Manager. What you will do * Welcome guests and provide exceptional service during their dining experience in collaboration with the server team. * Manage the host stand, review the reservation book and recommend table setups. * Maintain cleanliness of each dining room section and perform table checks before opening. * Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the menus, ingredients and restaurant information. What you bring * 1–2 years of experience in a food & beverage outlet; experience in a luxury hotel is an asset.
* Proficiency with computer equipment and food & beverage point?of?sale systems. * Strong communication skills.
