/ph3THE ROLE /h3pSTRIVE has partnered with a high-growth, multinational organization to appoint a Vice President, Financial Planning Analysis (FPA).
The client is looking for a senior finance leader who will play a critical role in shaping financial strategy, driving performance, and transforming the FPA function into a modern, insight-driven capability.
Reporting directly to the CFO, this individual will act as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, providing forward-looking insights and enabling data-driven decision-making across the business.
/ppThe Vice President, Financial Planning Analysis will lead a global FPA function, overseeing all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, and performance management.
This role will be instrumental in driving transformation initiatives, including the implementation of advanced analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to enhance forecasting accuracy and business insight.
/ppThis is a highly strategic role, acting as a key partner to the executive leadership team.
The VP, FPA will provide forward-looking insights to shape critical business decisions, influence strategic direction,



and support enterprise-wide initiatives, while also partnering closely with functional leaders across the organization to drive performance and accountability.
/ph3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3h3Strategic Financial Leadership /h3ulliLead global FPA activities including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning /liliPartner with the CFO and executive team to support strategic decision?making and enterprise performance /liliProvide actionable insights to drive growth, profitability, and capital allocation /li /ulh3FPA Transformation Modernization /h3ulliDrive the transformation of FPA into a forward?looking, insight?driven function /liliImplement AI?enabled tools, automation, and advanced analytics to improve forecasting and reporting /li /ulh3Business Partnering Executive Support /h3ulliAct as a trusted advisor to senior leadership across finance and non?finance functions /liliSupport MA activity through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and due diligence /liliDeliver high?quality insights and reporting to executive leadership and stakeholders /li /ulh3Operational Excellence /h3ulliEnhance financial planning processes, improving speed, accuracy,
