Voi Technology in Turin is seeking a Fleet Specialist Team Lead for a 12?month fixed?term contract. You will oversee a local team of Fleet Specialists, ensuring scooters and vans are safe, available, and well maintained while providing a high?quality rider experience in the city.
You will split time between managerial duties—hiring, training, and performance reviews—and hands-on operations in the warehouse or field, with daily collaboration with partners and battery swap operations.
