Our client are a global consulting firm, they are on the lookout for a Operating Model & Change Lead to come in on a contract/freelance basis (tempo pieno, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week) Key Skills/Requirements:Must be Italian Speaking CDO framework translation and governance alignment so domains can operate with flexibility within the CDO framework.
Federated model activation, plus DPO instantiation and steward/SME training & onboarding.
Stays 100% through domain embedding and handover during buildMust be happy with roughly 2 days per week onsite in FlorenceContract is running until the end of October **** initially, paying up to €390p/day and will be 2 days per week onsite in Florence.
