Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the HR strategy for Six Senses Rome, the Milan cluster office, and Six Senses Milan, shaping talent, culture and people operations across multiple properties. You will drive pre-opening readiness, recruitment, training, compensation benchmarking, and compliance while partnering with sustainability and host teams to deliver exceptional, responsible hospitality. You will oversee HR governance, budget alignment and labour-law compliance to support a premium guest experience. This position offers meaningful impact through talent development, sustainability initiatives, and operational excellence in a luxury, multi-property setting.

Lead pre-opening HR readiness and onboarding for Six Senses Milan
Manage salary, benefits surveys and competitiveness against local statutes
Coordinate host facilities, recruitment activities, and events




Champion social and environmental initiatives with the Sustainability Manager
Drive talent management and ongoing HR practices across properties
Ensure legal, statutory and financial compliance and documentation
Oversee union relations (RSU/RSA) where present and mandatory filings (UniLav)
Monitor evolving Italian labor law requirements and update contracts accordingly
Lead HR workstream for the Milan opening and liaise with project/pre-opening teams
Responsabilità Bachelor in Human Resources
4 years of related training experience or equivalent
More than five years in a cluster/multi-property luxury hotel HR role (preferred)
Microsoft Office suite proficiency; HR/payroll systems; ADP/Timesaver experience preferred
Professional HR designation (PHR, SPHR or equivalent) preferred
Fluent in English and Italian
EU/EEA citizenship or right to work in Italy without sponsorship
