As a trusted, behind-the-scenes partner, we create exceptional moments for elite travelers worldwide.To support our continued growth, we are looking for an Assistant Luxury Experience Designer to join our fast-paced, international, and newly established office in Chiasso.You WillManage and coordinate luxury travel requests from A to Z, taking full ownership and reporting directly to the Team LeaderOversee complete itineraries, including ground operations, hotels, villas, logistics, and exclusive experiences across Italy and SwitzerlandCommunicate daily with luxury suppliers, travel agencies, and international experienced advisorsDesign and deliver tailor-made itineraries and proposals for elite clienteleBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with suppliers and clients to ensure total satisfaction and repeat businessUse BeConcierge CRM to create, manage, and track bookings and performanceApply strategic sales techniques to close deals,
