Statutory Certification Specialist

We are looking for a Statutory Certification Specialist to work for our important client in Milan, Italy.
- Manage statutory certification activities for project equipment and materials.
- Review and verify technical documentation, certificates, and declarations of conformity.
- Coordinate with vendors, certification bodies, clients, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and country-specific requirements.
- Monitor certification progress and support the resolution of technical and regulatory issues.
Requirements:
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in statutory certification, quality, expediting, inspection, or related roles within the EPC, Oil & Gas, Energy, or Industrial sectors.
- Knowledge of international certification processes and technical documentation.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Russian language proficiency is mandatory .
- Experience with EAC / TR CU, GOST, Kazakhstan Technical Regulations (TR), metrology, fire safety, or other statutory certifications applicable to CIS countries.
Location: Milan, Italy.
Period
September 2026 – December 2027 (extension possible)
