You'll handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure every interaction delivers an excellent customer experience.

Candidates should already have the legal right to work in Portugal or be willing to relocate to Porto independently at their own expense.

/li liAssist customers with product and service-related inquiries.
/li liResolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards.
/li liAccurately document customer interactions and update internal systems.




/li liDeliver a positive customer experience with every interaction.
/li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul liFluent Italian (C1/C2).
/li liGood English skills (B2 or higher).
/li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
/li liCustomer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
/li liAbility to work onsite in Porto, Portugal.
/li liComfortable working in a rotating 24/7 schedule, including occasional night shifts.
