/ppstrongMAIN MISSIONS /strong /ppIn order to strengthen our Construction team, the Project Manager will be responsible for: /pulliResponsible of the Schedule and budget compliance of the projects under her/his responsibility.
/liliEPC and PPA Contract Management.
/liliSuppliers and contractors' contract management.
/liliMain equipment delivered on time according to the working Schedule.
/liliResponsible of the HSEQ compliance policies in the projects.
/liliParticipate on the purchasing procedures and definitions of needs.
/liliLead the contractors subcontractors' relations.
/liliProjects invoice verification and approval.
/liliLead on site meetings.
/liliMake sure that the projects are accordance with the permits.
/liliMake sure that the OM handover is done properly.
/liliMake sure that the projects comply with the technical specifications.
/liliWeekly reports responsible (construction progress report, inventory checklist, HSEQ report, machinery list...) /liliEnsuring the tests, trials and operations prior to acceptance of the works in accordance with the Urbasolar QAP.
/liliParticipating in the improvement of processes and in technical monitoring.
/liliParticipate in the development of backlog projects.
/liliReporting any hazards and risks that appear during the construction phase.




/li /ulpstrongPROFILE REQUESTED /strong /pulliYou have an engineering university degree (civil, electrical or similar) to a master's degree and have +5 years of experience in project management during construction (preferably photovoltaic).
/lilistrongEnglish and Italian are mandatory /strong.
/liliGood technical knowledge in photovoltaic, electricity and building, carpentry.
/liliAs a true conductor, you will be responsible for the proper conduct of the projects.
You are rigorous, autonomous and have a sense of responsibility.
/liliYou will be required to be strong50% of your time on site /strong and to travel where the projects are located, including internationally if needed.
