- Install, configure, and maintain Kubernetes clusters (on-prem or cloud).·
- Manage cluster lifecycle: upgrades, scaling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.·
- Implement and maintain cluster components such as ingress controllers, storage integrations, and networking plugins.·
- Ensure high availability, resilience, and adherence to best practices.CI/CD Pipeline Engineering·
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.·
- Automate application deployment workflows and environment provisioning.·
- Integrate testing, security scanning, and quality gates into pipelines.Infrastructure as Code &
- Automation·
- Use Terraform, Helm, and related IaC tools to define and manage infrastructure.·
- Automate repetitive operational tasks using Bash or Python.·
- Maintain version-controlled infrastructure and configuration repositories.Monitoring &
- Observability·
- Deploy and manage monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager).·
- Implement logging and metrics collection for cluster and application visibility.·
- Perform root-cause analysis and optimize system performance.Systems &
- Platform Support·
- Manage Linux-based systems and container runtimes.·
- Collaborate with development teams to support containerization and deployment best practices.·
- Participate in on-site operational activities, troubleshooting,
and incident response.Requirements·
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration.·
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools and pipeline design.·
- Solid understanding of container technologies (Docker, containerd).·
Experience with Terraform, Helm, and GitOps workflows.·
- Good scripting skills in Bash or Python.·
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.·
- Strong Linux systems engineering background.Work location: Naples with smart working possibilityWhy Join Us The position offers a gross annual base salary starting from €46,000.
Compensation is determined in line with the applicable collective labor agreement (Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro per l'industria metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti) and based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including responsability, experience and skills.
